Static Friction Tester
$12,500.00Install a test piece onto the ascending board under the flat indentor. The ascending board is equipped with a sensor that monitors the motion of the flat indentor.
The ascending board is normally in the horizontal position. The board inclines and the sensor detects motion when the flat indentor starts sliding. The system is then stopped and the angle is measured to calculate the coefficient of static friction.
