Description
Superior quality crop production cannot be achieved without proper soil moisture content management. The HJ-510 measures the soil moisture by detecting negative pressure in the soil through a porous ceramic sensor and displaying that through a Brudon pressure gauge (manometer).
The HJ-530 is also able to determine soil moisture content through an electronic signal, so with this unit you can build a system that meets the needs of your site, whether it be a field or an automatic sprinkler controlled greenhouse. The HJ-510 records soil moisture content and temperature and can transmit or upload the information to a computer. With most competitive instruments this is difficult because both of these factors can be adversely affected by soil state, temperature, and composition, but with the HJ-510, you can take an accurate measurement of this water content at any time and in any location.
