Using the principle of near-infrared reflectance, items such as moisture, fat, protein, film thickness and carbon content (BTU) can be monitored and process control automated.
The system includes the PC, software, cables and connectors necessary to install a complete composition analysis system.

Similar to the KJT330, this measurement system is custom-configured to test one or more product components: moisture, fat, protein and coating thickness are just a few of the items that can be accurately measured on a continuous basis. Measurements are made on open process lines and vessels, as well as through sight glasses or sampling ports. Menu-driven operation allows all personnel to successfully operate this system.

This instrument connects to the serial port of a PC for calibration and data tracking. It can be run without attachment to the PC once calibration(s) have been loaded into the KJT270. Passwords protect calibrations from unauthorized alteration. There is an optional printer that is available for printed output (without use of PC).
